Kim joined Team Howarth in 2022, after leaving a previous position of 10 years. Kim graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Justice Studies, International Relations and Russian. In 2015 she graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Science in Global Technology & Development. Currently, she is in the process of pursuing her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
Kim brings to the team a vast knowledge set that is high in both leadership skills and the constant need to find ways to drive the team to maximum efficiency. She manages the practice to guarantee the timely and efficient servicing of Client accounts, as well as oversees the team operations. Kim is continuously looking for ways to enhance processes to improve the overall productivity of the team, while having as much fun possible. She is motivated by a good challenge and will not stop until she has found a way to conquer the challenge that has been presented to her.
Kim is inspired by the constant need to learn as much as she can about whatever she can. To further prove her need to solve a good challenge, as a side hobby, she is pursuing her Private Pilot’s license. When she is not working you can find her somewhere in the sky or spending time with her family and dog Maddie.
