Kim joined Team Howarth in 2022. She graduated from Arizona State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Minor in Justice Studies, International Relations and Russian. In 2015 she graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Science in Global Technology & Development. Currently, Kim is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
Kim brings a wealth of knowledge in leadership skills to the team. She’s also driven by a constant need to help the team achieve maximum efficiency. Kim manages the practice, guaranteeing the timely and efficient servicing of client accounts, as well as overseeing the team operations. Kim continuously looks for ways to enhance processes to improve the overall productivity of the team, while also having as much fun possible.
