Maddy joined Barnum Financial Group in October 2025 as an Executive Assistant and is honored to be a part of such a dedicated team. She graduated from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, with an honors degree in Theatre.
With a combined background in early education and administration, Maddy brings a strong “people first” approach to the work she does. She’s known for being an attentive listener and ensuring others feel heard and supported.
Maddy is excited to build meaningful relationships and help deliver the exceptional client service Barnum Financial Group is known for. She values continuous learning and looks forward to contributing her own experience and insights to the team.
I was born in Toronto, Canada, and moved to New York City at three years old. One of my family’s first adventurers there was seeing a Broadway show – A Year with Frog and Toad – which sparked my lifelong love of theatre. My favorite musical is Avenue Q, and I most recently co-directed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in Lexington, MA.
After several years of early education, I transitioned into the financial world in April 2025, joining Commonwealth Financials Document Services Department in Waltham, MA. That’s where I discovered my passion for the industry – the blend of structure, problem solving, and relationship building immediately clicked for me.
In August 2025, I moved to Rhode Island with my partner, also named Madison (Madi), and our two furry sons, Maurice the bunny and Moses the dog. Soon after, I was thrilled to join Team Howarth at Barnum Financial Group. The team’s expertise, work ethic, and warmth have made me even more excited to grow in this field and contribute however I can.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me creating visual art – from printmaking and painting to needle felting – or winning every card game in sight. I’m so grateful to be part of a team that values integrity, growth, and genuine connection as much as I do.
